Fit Forever (Fitness Class)

Instructor NJ Moreno is beginning the Fit Forever program that will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.  This exercise program is designed for 50+ seniors.  Weight training, yoga, pilates and stretching for a full body workout.
