Community Improvement Officer (Code Enforcement)

Town Marshal and City’s Code Enforcement Officer, Jack White

W.J. (Jack White) is the City’s Town Marshal who is a Certified Law Enforcement Officer sanctioned by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. His duties include Code Enforcement, NPDES inspection and to act upon criminal activity conducted in his presence. Day to day Law Enforcement activities are performed by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

Code Enforcement responds to concerns from citizens that affect the quality of life within the city such as overgrowth of yards, inoperative vehicles, maintenance of structures, illegal signs, and public nuisances. Systematic inspections are also performed throughout the city to ensure properties are in compliance with city code.
