Beach Access

Belleair Beach residents have access to four (4) beach accesses with parking permits. Locations are 6th Street, 12th, Street, 19th Street and Morgan Park. Morgan Park is the only Public Access Park and has metered parking, though residents can park free of charge with a current parking permit.

There are four (4) pedestrian walk-overs. They are located near 2nd Street, 25th Street, Howard Drive and Harrison Ave.

To get to the park, you turn onto 9th Street from Gulf Boulevard and follow the street around to the back of the Belleair Beach Community Center.

Belle Isle Park

Belle Isle Park is located on Belle Isle Ave. between Harrison Ave. and Wedgewood Drive.

City Hall Grounds

City Hall Grounds

City Hall is located at 444 Causeway Blvd. It is also located adjacent to Bayside Park (the City’s largest park).

Amenities:

  • Bathrooms (open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm)

Operating Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – Closed on major holidays.


Crossman Park

Crossman Park is located at the intersection of Causeway Blvd and Gulf Blvd.

Hibiscus Park East

Hibiscus Park East is located on Hibiscus Drive East between Belle Isle Blvd and Harrison Avenue.

Passive park


Marina

Marina

SLIPS DO NOT HAVE LIFTS – lifts may be installed at slip renter’s expense subject to the terms of the license agreement.

Our marina has 19 slips for rent. Currently there are NO vacancies. The Marina is on the Intracoastal at 3505 Gulf Boulevard. The minimum leasing term is one year.

The cost of the slip is calculated by the length of the vessel moored.

Residents of the City of Belleair Beach:

$7.00 per foot of vessel length plus Florida sales tax – includes electric and water (minimum charge of 30 feet)

Non-Residents of the City of Belleair Beach:

$10.00 per foot of vessel length plus Florida sales tax – includes electric and water (minimum charge of 30 feet)

Morgan Park

Morgan Drive Beach Access Park is located at the intersection of Morgan Drive and Gulf Blvd.  The address is 2650 Gulf Boulevard.

Morgan Park is the City’s only Public beach park.

City residents with current parking permits are able to park  in any available space at no charge.

It is Metered Parking for the Public.

Currently, the fees are as follows:

  • Monday Through Friday – $3.00 per hour or $15.00 for all day
  • Weekends & Holidays – $4.00 per hour or $20.00 for all day
  • Meters accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard

The park can be reserved by Belleair Beach residents only.  Contact the City Clerk by email for Reservations.
