Adopt A Park Program
Beach Access
Belleair Beach residents have access to four (4) beach accesses with parking permits. Locations are 6th Street, 12th Street, 19th Street, and Morgan Park. Morgan Park is the only Public Access Park and has metered parking, though residents can park free of charge with a current parking permit.
There are four (4) pedestrian walk-overs. They are located near 2nd Street, 25th Street, Howard Drive, and Harrison Avenue.

South Park is located just south of the intersection of 1st Street and Harbor Drive.

To get to the park, you turn onto 9th Street from Gulf Boulevard and follow the street around to the back of the Belleair Beach Community Center.

Belle Isle Park is located on Belle Isle Avenue between Harrison Avenue and Wedgewood Drive.

City Hall is located at 444 Causeway Boulevard adjacent to Bayside Park (the City’s largest park).

Operating Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm – Closed on major holidays.

Crossman Park is located at the intersection of Causeway Boulevard and Gulf Boulevard.

Hibiscus Park East is located on Hibiscus Drive East between Belle Isle Avenue and Harrison Avenue.

Passive park
Morgan Drive Beach Access Park is located at the intersection of Morgan Drive and Gulf Boulevard. The address is 2650 Gulf Boulevard.
Morgan Park is the City’s only Public beach park.
City residents with current parking permits are able to park in any available space at no charge.
Metered parking without resident decal.
ParkMobile rates as follows:
- Monday Through Friday – $5.00 per hour (3 hour limit)
- Weekends & Holidays – $10.00 per hour (3 hour limit)

The park can be reserved by Belleair Beach residents only.
