The Board of Adjustment is responsible for granting/denying variances to City land development codes as well as hearing appeals to administrative determinations concerning the land development codes. It is a seven-member board, with members appointed to three-year terms. The Board meets on an as-needed basis.
Each City Board is made up of volunteers from the City who are appointed to serve by the City Council. We are always looking for volunteers to join our City Boards, so please give some thought to an area you would like to participate in.
