The Planning and Zoning Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on rezoning and development regulations, and monitors the implementation of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. The five members serve three-year terms. The Board meets on an as-needed basis.
Each City Board is made up of volunteers from the City who are appointed to serve by the City Council. We are always looking for volunteers to join our City Boards, so please give some thought to an area you would like to participate in.
