SLIPS DO NOT HAVE LIFTS – lifts may be installed at slip renter’s expense subject to the terms of the license agreement.
- The Marina is on the Intracoastal at 3505 Gulf Boulevard. The minimum leasing term is one year.
- The monthly cost of the slip is calculated by the length of the vessel moored.
Residents of the City of Belleair Beach:
- $8.00 per foot of vessel length plus Florida sales tax – includes electric and water (minimum charge of 25 feet)
Non-Residents of the City of Belleair Beach:
- $12.00 per foot of vessel length plus Florida sales tax – includes electric and water (minimum charge of 25 feet)
