Location & General Information
The Belleair Beach Marina is located on the Intracoastal Waterway at 3505 Gulf Boulevard.
- Minimum lease term: 1 year
- Slips do not include lifts
- Boat lifts may be installed at the renter’s expense, subject to the terms of the license agreement
- Electric and water are included in slip rental fees
- Metered parking is available without a decal
Slip Rates
Slip fees are based on the length of the vessel (minimum charge of 20 feet):
City of Belleair Beach Residents:
- $10.00 per foot per month + Florida sales tax
Non-Residents:
- $15.00 per foot per month + Florida sales tax
Slip Classifications
The marina offers three classes of slips:
- Class A: Minimum vessel length of 28 feet
- Class B: 29 – 33.9 feet
- Class C: 34 – 50 feet
Deposits & Billing
- Deposits are calculated based on the maximum length allowed for the assigned slip class
- If your vessel is smaller than the maximum slip size, any difference will be prorated and credited toward the following month’s rent
Priority for Slip Availability
Slip assignments are prioritized as follows:
- Resident Owners: Listed as an owner on Property Appraiser website for identified City of Belleair Beach housing unit and possess a valid Florida Driver License with the same address.
- Resident Non-Owners: Possess an active multi-year lease for a City of Belleair Beach housing unit.
- Non-Resident Owners: Listed as an owner on Property Appraiser website for identified City of Belleair Beach parcel, but whose valid driver license does not reflect the same address in the City of Belleair Beach.
- Non-Resident Non-Owners: No qualifications required.
Payment Information
- A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions
