In order to obtain a Pinellas County Building Permit, you must submit the following:
- Storm Damage Permit Package - This will be REQUIRED for any storm related repairs. Please fill out the form electronically and submit via permits [at] cityofbelleairbeach.com (email).

- Pre-Permit Application
- Pre-Construction Permit Application
Permits may be submitted by permits [at] cityofbelleairbeach.com (email) or in person at 444 Causeway Blvd., Belleair Beach.
